Any issues with Dell E520 with larger SATA drives?

I have a couple of Dell Dimension E520 and E521 Desktops. Most of these PCs came with 160GB SATA drives.

I have upgraded one to a pair of (RAID 1) 500GB drives with no problem, (other than having to remove the metal brace from the side cover of the case and buy a right-angle SATA cable). I have one of these PCs running RAID1 with a pair of 160Ggig drives.

Anybody have any show-stopper issues with 1TB drives in these old beasts? Or should I play it safe and buy only 500 or 750 GB drives?
