We recenttly have an issue with a EMC AX100 because the vendor did not shipped the ups 940-1524c cable, we search arround the internet aun found some configurations but none work, it was probably because the configurations where not the proper ones.
does any one know where can i find the 940-1524c cable configuration? because EMC support is taking to much time to help us solved this problem, since we are in mexico we cant just go an buy the ups cable we need.
