Hi guys
Im running arcserver r11.1 on a Win2003. Few days ago we installed SP2 on w2k3 and since then I cant map my storageworks ultrium 960 device to backup the servers. i can see the device under device manager but i cant see it under Arcserver.
Any ideas? Some sites says that its not compatible with SP2 some say it is.
