Are Blackberrys better than Palms for syncing with Outlook on TS?

I’m wondering if Blackberry users can tell me how their devices have worked with a terminal server. Several staff here use Palms to sync with Outlook & we have constant problems. Palm says they are not supported with TS. Are Blackberrys any better?
