i have lan at my home btween me and neighbors i have the program “Ethereal” package analyzer it gives me storm of APR protocol Broadcast the router ip is 10.0.0.2 most of the Broadcast ask this question “who is 10.0.0.2?” the strange here the router didn’t answer with its mac address and after awhile it stop responded and i must restart it again.
is this storm affect harmful to the router ?
and how to mitigate the risks??
