We have a trust with another company. Some users logon to our domain and then access a shared resource at Company B. Other users logon to our domain and are then prompted for a password (much like when prompted for a password for an administrative share)when trying to access the share. All authenticate with the same server. User accounts are created from a template so group memberships, rights, etc are identical. No rhyme or reason why some can connect and others can’t. Not network or pc related as a “good” user can logon from machines that a “bad” user cannot. Any suggestions?
