Hi I am an IT tech and forum post noobie. I have a client where all the workstations and terminal service accounts are generating duplicate printer drivers in their printers and faxes folder. The workstations are all XP pro, the print server is running on Windows 2000 server and the terminal accounts are on Windows Server 2003 standard edition.
Every couple of days, I have to go through all the work stations and terminal accounts, and have to delete printers that begin with the “Auto” from the printer and faxes folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need some clarification as to how the network is set up, please don’t hesitate to ask.
