Can your software be installed under DOS/Windows System? If it can, only write a little program down to the AUTOEXEC.BAT in your Bootable CD's IMAGE file. Like the following,
AUTOEXEC.BAT(in bootable CD's BOOT IMAGE):
==== BEGIN ====
@echo off
MSCDEX.EXE /D:MSCD001
echo 1. Install A from CD
echo 2. Install B from CD
choice "Plese choose the number:"
if ERRORLEVEL==2 goto Install_B
if ERRORLEVEL==1 goto Install_A
goto Exit_P
:Install_B
[Do B's install progress]
goto Exit_P

:Install_A
[Do A's install progress]
goto Exit_P

:Exit_P
==== END ====
(I hope they can run your bussiness.)

I see this question has been answered for you however I have another idea you may want to consider depending on the number of machines you will be dealing with. You may want to use ghost or similar program to create a "copy" of the computer which can be placed onto a cdrom and then copied onto the hardrive. This ghost image can contain all the software you had or want installed and takes a fraction of the time of just loading windows. I currently support 800 users with between 6-10 different hardware setups yet they all run basically the same software with the excpetions of a few. It makes it much easier when I can just grab a disk throw it in and bsides the few network changes that have to be made all the software and hardware configurations are done.

These other guys have great answers. I have one question though... The software you are wanting to install-- IS IT WINDOWS BASED SOFTWARE???? if it is you need to think about all of the drivers and windows files that the original installer installs and any shared files that it uses because if you dont set your install cd up to place these files on the destination computer you will be getting alot of error messages.............

Food For Thought..
Good Luck
Chris
