We just purchased a Blackberry 6510. It will not sync with a laptop. The problem is the the software will not recognized the hardware. Installed and uninstalled software. We plugged inanother USB device, it was recognized. Also, plugged the Blackberry into another laptop. It was recognized. Operating system is XP professional. Got to get it working! Any suggestions.
