Hi,
We are using blackberry Enterprise server with 3 users configured. One user keeps on phoning us telling his email sync has stopped and we keep on restarting the exchange and blackberry services. this fixes the problem for the time being but is not a solution. The two other users are fine and have never complained. Its only this user.
I have looked for a resolution to this problem on various webistes and blackberry.com as well but there’s nothing.
Come on Guys. Someone must have come across this. I need your help.
