I have a current problem with a mouse that will not stop blinking. I have even changed the mouse device and it still blinks. I have checked all the mouse device settings and still, it blinks. Each time I restart the machine the mouse cursor stopsblinking. However, when I open Explorer or Microsoft Outlook the cursor blinks. Is there anyone out there who has had this small but irritating problem?
