BMC Service Desk Express (Magic) 9.0 – how to question

We are using BMC Service Desk Express (Magic) 9.0 and I need to know if anyone knows how to clear multiple user connections (user did not log off properly and thus has several licenses tied up)? In the past they (we now) just reboot the application/server. That seems inefficent to me.. there has to be a way to delete a user from within the application.
