bogus updates

Mac now sends updates with an intension to wipe out free facebook apps from the older Iphones just so you need to re purchase, redownload, and confuse the heck out of everybody, Just as they pack in the data to sway you into an upgrade phone. I have had more problems with the Iphone over the years and am getting sick of their corporate mentality.and a driving corporate greed. They will always try to weasel there way into forcing the consumer to purchase the next new device. after seeing the reviews I am confident that something is not right with this company.

Where did you come up with this pearl of wisdom ? Any credible source for this ? I have my doubts that any of this is true.

I do know that app updates are by default enabled. Here's the source:
"On your iPhone and iPad, apps that you download from the App Store are automatically updated by default. "

About FORCED UPDATES, that as far as I know is done by the developer. Example:
"I can force user with only one option on application launch to update app or just don’t use it."

Again, cite your sources and from what I've seen the user left the setting to automatically update.
