Boot failure: System Halted

I have a Dell dimension 4400 with 2 40gb HD master and slave, which is running on a Win 2003 server - standard edition. i have converted all the 2 disk to dynamic. about a week or 2 ago, I decided to check a status of another 40gb HD by fixing it as a slave. after rebooting, I converted the new disk to dynamic as wel, I was prompt to restart and I have not been able acces window since... any help

put in os cd or dvd and do a repair

Check the Motherboard Mnfr. for bios update it may need to be updated before it supports the additional drive,then there is the possibility that you have pin configuration on the back of drives that are conflicting and system can't find the boot device.
