i have a win2000 Pro operating system, w/Office2000 Pro. I lost outlook (got crupted), i tried to reinstall it and got an error message stating an error has occcured & to contact MS Support. I tried to uninstall office then reinstalling WIN2000. The uninstall went okay but now I can get WIN2000 to fully install. I want to reformat my C: drive, but need to create a boot floppy. How do I do this or is there another way to either get Win2k installed properly of to format the drive & start allover again?
