The task bar on my monitor begins to flicker rapidly. It seems to happen after I open a game that goes full screen at 1920 x 1080. After I close that, scrolling on a browser and moving things around on the screen causes the task bar to begin flickering.
It seems to stop when I disconnect my TV which I’m using as a second monitor, or if I set the refresh rate to 59 hertz.
I can not set the refresh rate above 60 hertz and I’ve tried the same thing with my laptop and it did not have the problem.
I am using windows 8.1 Pro N and an Acer 21.5″ IPS LCD monitor.
