Hi!
I have been working with this printer off an on for a week now. It’s a network printer – it prints fine from the server, or any other workstation I try to print from. However, two of the users have laptops, and the only thing we can get to print from the laptops is graphics. No text.
I’ve updated drivers on both the server and the laptops, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, I’ve checked the shared security permissions, and everything is wide open.
Anyone have a suggestion?
