Brother Printer – Wifi and Wired
Guys, I need your help to figure this out.
A. Both printer MFC were working OK and on wifi network since 7/17/2019
B. John’s printer quit working over wifi and Karen’s printer is still working ok
QUESTION:
1) Karen’s printer is working OK on the wifi network: 192.168.15.59 and we can ping all other on the same subnet
2) From John’s machine and we have not been able to ping anything other than the DNS: 192.168.15.20. We tried and had the printer set DHCP 192.168.15.56 or 62 but we couldn’t ping/working.
3) From John’s laptop, we can scan to the network share folder but can not print.
4) I tried everyone’s else methods; change window firewall rules etc..etc, and I did not have any luck to put John’s on the wifi
—–> Put his printer on the WIRED and everything is working for him now (scan/printing) -> (printer is getting DHCP 192.168.15.57 and we can ping anything on the same subnet)
