    Bulk printing problem

    Hi,

I’m trying to print about 90 documents all in one go. There is a mixture of .tif, .doc, .pdf files. None of them are more than 500KB in size. None contain more than 15 pages to be printed. I select all the files – right click – and select print. It opens the files individually and sends them off to the printer but when it’s finished, maybe 40 or 50 jobs will be in the printer queue. It varies every time. Any idea what the problem is and how I can solve it. I’m using windows XP and the jobs are going through a print server.

    Thanks for your help!

network printers traditionally only have a memory of about 64MB.So if you multiply 500KB by 50 you get 250MB.Now you can instantly see the problem. When you send 250MB to a capacity memory of 64MB,it creates issues.Print off the documents in part.
