I have a Compaq Presario notebook w/ Win2k. We are trying to attach it to a docker through a PCI Bus card. However in device manager the Texas Instrument PCI bus card controller doesn’t work. It says “Not enough resources for this device try disabling another device so this device will work.” It is showing that there are no conflicts. (obviously there is) I tried getting drivers from Compaq and Texas Instrument all to no avail. any suggestions?
