Sorry, may be it isn't in the TS topic. My friend (Mr Alludin Liau, email: aludin@cbn.net.id, address: Jl. Patra Kuningan 8/11 JAKARTA - INDONESIA) help me to buy your book by title "PC Troubleshooter Resource Guide Fourth Edition" by Techrepublic website (ONLINE) at 30-03-2004. His creditcard account has been debited but he hasn't recieve that book or email delivery confirmation. What is wrong with that? Where is my book & his money? Have your company recieve his money & this books already delivered? Give me some explanation! I hope can buy another book if this problem clear.

If you have already paid for the product, you may either contact Customer Support via the Web form link found at the bottom of the FAQ page, or you may call our Customer Support department toll free at (800) 217-4339 or direct at (845) 566-1866. A customer support representative will be able to look up your account and give you the status. Please wait 1-2 business days after placing online orders before contacting customer service, as online orders do take 1-2 business days to appear in the database.
