    c:/windows/system32/cmd.exe

    hi guys. i dont know anything about computers but my laptop was running slow so i tried to run malwarebytes. it was shut down and i get a error message everytime i try to reopen and now on start up i have a black box that says c:/windows/system32/cmd.exe and over 3000 processes are running with cpu at 100%. i tried to kill processes but my system just shuts down when i try to boot in safe mode it shuts down also. most of the processes are Peyter marlon.scr Emery.exe mattheus merrell.exe and attrib.exe please help! thank you.

      Well I think you’ll need to reinstall but you can try

      A Rescue CD like one of the ones listed here to clean any infections without Windows Running. After that you may be able to open Windows.

      [i]remember to remove the space from between [b]techrepublic[/b] and the [b].com[/b] for a working link.

      Personally I prefer F Secure but any of the ones listed here will work. If you click on the Blue Type on the page you will get taken tot he Download sites for each Disc.
