Dear All,
I work in a bank and I am given a project to design and develop a Customer Care Cell in the bank.
I think in order to serve a customer all the time we need to interact with the customer all the time.
Therefore a Call Center where we receive calls (Complaints and Enquiry)and make calls (Marketing)
This is going to be basically a domestic call center.
Now if any one can suggest on the technical requirement(viz. Systems/Servers/Equipments/Database/Networking/connectivity/recording the calls and everything associated with it) I would be very grateful.
