what is going on?? how can i get back to the site???
this is the question that was posed to me from and end user in my purchasing dept. for the past 2 years she has been going to: www.cdw.com
i went to her PC (its running on XP) and was able to brouse to any other website but everytime i type in “www.cdw.com” i get re-directed to this site:
http://xml.overture.com/d/search/p/igetnet/html/domainlander/?Keywords=www.cdw.com%2f.
i went to tools selected Internet Options, clicked on Privacy went to Edit to override the cookie handling and changed the setting to Always Allow for cdw and still that does not work. i tried getting there from history same deal. i went to her favorites folder clicked on it from there and no good either. i tried everyway i could think of and still no go, i then ran windows update on it but still no go
IE6 is the version that is running. But its been on that PC for a while now. i tried to see if anything new was added and nothing was. i am stumped what can i do??? CDW is a site she goes to on a daily basis to research and place orders. any help would be very much appreciated.
