can not access windows 2003 shares

I do have microsoft domain has 4 domain controllers & 2 member server, suddenly I do lose access to all the shares for one of the member servers, but I can ping to the server, RDP to it. The only way to get the shares back is to reboot the server, That happens randomly some time once a week some times more that that.
