A Win98 PC had a HP932c printer installed with USB cable connection. The printer was removed and used on another PC. When it was returned to the original PC the HP software would complete the installation but present a message stateing the installation failed and reinstallation was necessary. I used HP’s USB uninstall program and followed all directions yet I get the same results each time. I know the printer works correctly on other PCs but it will not install on this one. What am I missing?
