We are running an application that uses UDP. At times something happens and suddenly the client can ping out but will not respond to a ping. We can map a network drive to that client and it will then start responding to pings but still will not accept the incoming UDP traffic. It is almost as if something came down from the server that hangs the whole network process. If the client sends up one transaction then suddenly all is well and working.
Any thoughts??
