Can you install a font over a network and have it register on the users PC

By MagistrateMike ·
I need to install a font on over 100 PCs and I don't want to have to sit at every station. Is there a way to automate the process (copy and paste doesn't seem to work).

Thanks for your time and effort,

This is a tech. problem, in search of a solution.

It properly belongs in "Technical Q&A," not in "Discussions."

Please re-post there.

Thank you.

But when you repost the question to the Q & A Section you should add a bit more information like what the OS that you want to install to are, the server/s OS, does this installation cross different domains and where you want to install the font from.

If you give us all of the information someone will be able to answer your question and most likely because TR is an international forum you will get someone within your own time zone to help you out. You also get automated replies whenever someone answerers your question. It just works out faster for you.

The trick in asking questions though is in knowing what to ask and what information is required so we can answer your question. For example I could tell you exactly how to install a font on a Unix File Server to be available across the entire network but it may be a pointless exercise just because you are not using Unix.
