I have a 2003 Server and 200+ clients mixed XP & Vista (mostly XP). Problem is I have a user that just got his machine replaced with Vista. Before he could access all of the network shares that were mapped to his computer. Before installing replacing users machine I ran the User Profile Migration Tool provided by microsoft, so all of the user’s settings migrated to the new Vista machine. The problem is that the user can not access one of the network shares that is mapped to the server. All of the server shares are on the same server. I have boiled it down to the user’s machine but i have no idea what else it could be. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Note: I have users with vista machines of identical configuration (same model HPs from same image)
