Cannot browse Contacts with Outlook Web Access

I have a client using Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook Web Access remotely.
She clicks New/To/ selects Contacts and nothing shows, although she has numerous Contacts set up, and you can see them in the Contacts tab in the left pane.
She can seacrh for a Contact if she already knows his name.

Can anyone help or is there a fix for this?

I believe that when composing a new mail in OWA and you use the TO button, that it is normal for the contacts to not show up. You have to search or "find" them. Otherwise, just compose a new email and type the first letter or two of the contact and they should appear like in Outlook.

Otherwise, something like this could be an SSL issue or a web browser issue. Test OWA internally and externally for any difference.
