Cannot connect exchange server through cisco l2l vpn

I just got my site-to-site vpn up through 2 cisco 871w routers. I go the vpn link up through cisco sdm and I can ping across the vpn tunnel to the exchange server, but I cannot connect to the mail server to update my mail.
