CANNOT CONNECT TO ROUTER. COMPUTER CANNOT FIND NETWORK ADAPTORS

i am trying to install a belkin N MIMO modem router.
when i run the software the first check 1 of 6 fails as says ABOVE TITLE.

i have checked the connections are fine so confused.

please HELP lol
