Running Windows 2003 Small Business Server. When running NTbackup I can’t get the system to free up a tape so I can use it again. I go to the Restore Option, click on the Tape Drive, but when I go to click on media tools that option is greyed out. I have other tapes that work, and this tape was working so I don’t believe the tape itself is defective.
