I have a user who can’t move/copy files from a cd into a folder in his ‘briefcase’. The error msg reads, ‘can’t move files into a sync folder’, move files into the parent folder and select ‘update all’. That isn’t exactly the error msg, as their are multiple, dependent upon which way i try to copy the files in.
