Hi,
I’ve setup a samba pdc and have successfully used it within my LAN.
I’ve also setup VPN which connects well and I can access the network as though I’m within the LAN.
I can initiate a remote vpn dialup to login into my samba pdc. This works fine but when I logout, I get windows error messages stating that the profile or some files in the profile cannot be updated because the network connection is not available.
I’ve tried to change the windows group policy to take into consideration slow network connection but it doesn’t work.
Please advise.
