I have a sales representative in my office that uses a portable Canon bjc-85 printer with his laptop. The printer seems to develop a diffferent issue everyday however I have been able to keep it working until today. It seems it will only print 1 copy regardless of how many copies are selected. Have tried everything from rebooting to reinstalling the drivers to reinstalling the printer itself on the laptop. I’m out of ideas any help would be appreciated.
