I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I’m new to this tech stuff and I am at a company who is working with Canon ImageRunner 7200’s. They are trying to scan documents to a share drive located on a 2003 Server. The problem is it won’t even accept the login, even if it’s an Admin account. The only options I have been able to find are setting up a client machine that the copiers connect to, or is to disable Digital Digitally sign communications, which to my knowledge will disable SMB. Could someone help me out? Maybe there is another way to get this to work.
