After installing IE 6 and SP$ for Win 2000 network wide on all PC users, I have about 20(reported) out of 300 that can not access password access sites such as secure military, hotmail, online banking and flight reservations.
I have cleaned the .tmp files invalid registry files and temporary internet files. Reinstalled IE patch and reinstalled SP4. Tried using Netscape to access the same sites Theat is when i got this error message for several sites including the RAND home page. “Connection refused www.[site name].com”
Can anyone think of what might be causing this?
