I have a 12x8x32 burner using Nero v5.0.4.9.
I can burn data onto a cdr easily but I cant burn music. When I drag music files across it says “The WMA (MS Audio) file could not be opened. Either the Windows MS Audio System extensions are not installed or the file may be damaged”
I have no idea what this means and the music plays fine on the PC using Windows Media Player.
Please help!
p.s. The PC is running fine and I have Scandisked and defraged
