I have an Artec6000C scanner, plugged into a Pentium 3/500mhz 256mb RAM Windows98SE computer. When I try to acquire an image on the scanner, I get an error message: “Unable to open driver failure or no scanner.” When I click OK, I get this error message: Fail to Open DataSource (A6000c Windows Source).
Could this be in conflict with other software loaded? Any suggestions for me?
