Can't remote 2nd server in 2nd LAN?

By zc.info ·
I have few servers on work where main server IP is 192.168.100.1 and this server provides internet access. I don?t administer this server but few others. Second server which I administer have fixed IP in same subnet 192.168.100.200 and have also fixed IP address on second NIC 192.168.200.1. This server I can access remotely. 3rd server which I want to remote have fixed IP address 192.168.200.50. I can?t ping this server from workstations because all workstations gets IP via DHCP from first (main) server and everybody logon to this server and get access to internet. Only way to access resources on 3rd server is to enter server UNC name in explorer or full UNC path to get a file from specific folder. What do I need to do to take remotely 3rd server over with fixed IP address in other subnet 192.168.200.50 without placing new NIC (all slots are full) so that this server is not exposure to attacks from internet? This server have important data and because of that reason is so in network implemented. All servers have installed Terminal Services in Remote Administration mode and works with Windows 2000 server.

First server IP = 192.168.100.1 (provide internet access via DHCP to workstations) (can access remotely but is not under my supervision)

Second server IP address of NIC 1 = 192.168.100.200 (can access remotely and is under my supervision)
Second server IP address of NIC 2 = 192.168.200.1

Third server IP NIC 1 = 192.168.200.50 (under my supervision, want to remote, but can?t ping this one from workstations because of first server)
