I’m having a problem with a computer. I went to the properties of My Computer and activated remote desktop and remote assistance, and then specified who is allowed to access the computer. I then went to my DHCP server and specified a static IP address. This computer is not receiving any group policy settings that are restricting this computer. However, when I try to remote desktop into it, VNC to it, or ping it, the computer cannot be found. When I actually sit down at this computer, I can access my network, ping other computers, access the Internet, etc. Can anyone help me determine what’s wrong with this computer? Thanks.
