Hi im trying to update the IOS on a Catalyst 3750
I have installed a tftp server on my laptop which is connected directly into port 1 – VLAN 1 of the switch
Laptop Settings: 192.168.1.10, 255.255.255.0
Catalyst Switch – 192.168.1.20 255.255.255.0
I can ping the switch from the laptop, but not the laptop from the switch and therefore cannot copy down the IOS from the TFTP server. Although I can see the IP and mac of the laptop in the arp cache of the switch
I have erased and reloaded from scratch etc..
Would appreciate any advice where i might be going wrong
