Hi i have a compaq presario V3010 and i have norton antivirus installed on it, i was wondering why that every time i want to shutdown my computer it is unable to because first of all web access program is aparently running and then when I “end now” this program another pops out saying there is a problem with cc proxy.exe Please help!!!
