I recently installed Nero 5.5 CD burning software. I have the HP M820e CD writer and Windows XP as the OS. I am using a Pentium III with 128 MB RAM. The CD writer comes with Adaptec EasyCD Creator but I chose not to install that. The installation ofNero was successful. However, Nero does not seem to recognize the HP cd writer. It says that the sofware did not come bundled for this CD writer. Nero’s website claims to support this particular model. I also installed the latest driver updates fromHP’s website. Could you provide any tips on how to make it work?
