CD Business Card Software

By TPCosmo ·
I am wondering if anyone haas experience developing a CD business card. I am in the process of creating one for our company, but am unsure of how most developers create them.
I have tons of content, flash, pictures, videos, and sounds, but I am unsure of what enviroment to run them in. Of the few cards I have, most contain a single .exe file from which it runs.
Any clues as to the software needed to create such a item. Thanks a lot.

Consider the CD business card the same as any other CD presentation. Limit is the smaller capacity - about 500 MB.

Since the business card size adds some unique labeling requirements, you may want to consider a package deal like EZ-ROM ( for blanks, labels, and presentation software for your content.

Personally, I am more inclined to go with a service for this. Once my time is figured in, the cost per card is about the same ordering versus doing it myself. I don't have to hassle with the labeling aspects with a service. I am never in the "crisis" mode because some marketing type forgot to order for his trade show, and I don't take the hit for problems.

Like business cards, some things you can do with a good printer and off the shelf software just does not justify the effort. The print services cost between $.50 and $.85 per card.

Google has a bunch of links for CD card "printers" in Business > Marketing and Advertising > Advertising > Promotional Items > Business Items > CDs , and also a number of sources for do-it-yourself.

If you do it yourself, make sure your card works on multiple OS (MAC, Windows, Linux).

Thanks for your input, but what I was interested in was software for the presentation. What I found is a great piece of software called CRE8, by Presentware. It is exactly what I need, and would recommend it to anybody creating a CD Card.
I am aware of how to find CD duplicators. Thanks anyway.
