Windows 2000 Pro w/SP3 running on Dell Optiplex GX150 and connected to Novell network via Ethernet. Approx 3 weeks ago CD Rom drive that used to show up in Explorer as D: disappeared. Drive, cable, motherboard IDE port all checked out good. All network drives show up OK. (Same user Login on duplicate workstation shows all drives and CD Rom OK. Therefore no network policies or restrictions to block drives.) Workstation only login shows only A: and C:. BIOS sees CD Rom Drive, Device manager also sees CD Rom drive. Windows 2000 Pro Explorer does NOT show D: drive. ANY helpful hints or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all.
