I built a system over a year ago for a client.P4 Windows XP home, CD CD-RW HDD Floppy. About a month ago he called and said the cd drive was missing. Once at the site a reboot brought them back. He said the girl that works for him had downloaded some program but was not sure and that is when it vanished. He has called acouple more times saying the drives are missing. Once it was the d and today it is the e. A reboot seems to bring them back but not always.
Any ideas.
