Cisco 1841 Reset?

By Xander_25 ·
Hi all,
I've been searching for a way to completely reset a Cisco 1841 router at my company, and so far all the articles i've seen have only served to confuse me more. Does anyone know the procedure to do this?

yes but why would you want to?

here's a question did you copy the running config to the startup config ? if not all you have to do is turn off the router. be warned, if you didn't save the running config to the startup config, then you'll have to config the router from scratch...

Here's another question, does the router boot to TFTP server? if it does, you can simply change the boot tftp so it doesn't.

to "reset" a Cisco enterprise class router, you can erase the configs... but then you would have to completely reconfigure it. Same
