I’m trying to enable intervlan routing on a cisco 2620 using IOS 12.2(5d)
when i create subinterfaces on a FastEthernet int and try to enable dot1q encapsulation i get the following:

IOS 12.2 supports ISL/dot1q. why would encapsulation options not be present in subif config mode?
